Return Policy

At My Elite Pet, we want you — and your pets — to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
To start a return, please contact us at customerservice@elitepetdistributors.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with detailed return instructions and a return shipping address.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, including:

Opened pet treats, chews, or food items
Personalized or custom products
Clearance or final-sale items

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out to our support team before sending it back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original method of payment.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it’s processed.
Shipping costs (both original and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product? The fastest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservice@elitepetdistributors.com with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

International Returns

International customers are welcome to return items following the same guidelines above.
Please note that international shipping and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
